What is your jewellery made from? The sterling silver used in my pieces are recycled and sourced within Australia. All the stones are also sourced from across Australia direct from hard-working miners including Lightning Ridge, Coober Pedy and Koroit Opal Fields. What payments do you except? I accept the following: - Credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) - PayPal - Bank deposit (Please contact me prior)

What is the turnaround time for a custom design? The turnaround time is generally 4-6 weeks. Custom designs are only done at specific times of the year. Custom slots will be available on my website when they come up. Keep an eye out and follow me on Facebook and Instagram for notifications. At this time customs are currently unavailable. Can I use my own gemstones? I understand that you may have a gemstone in mind with sentimental value attached to it, that you would like to place in a custom piece of jewellery. It can be done but this will depend on the actual stone and if I can work with it.

Special occassion, No worries mate! I take my time, love and care to make sure that every order is safely packaged and looking beautiful. All orders will be packaged into a beautiful Bush Magic Metal gift box. I can even place a card with a special messege from you to your friend. Your order can be posted to an address of your choice, so it arrives as a surprise. Just contact me when ordering and we can discuss the details.

How long does delivery take? Delivery is free within Australia, Express with tracking. I also ship internationally. Once your order is complete, allow 2-3 days for your order to be prepared and packaged and then I'l provide you with your orders tracking number . Use the Australian Post website to track your number. Check out my shipping page for further details. Within Australia According to Australia Post website, Express will take 1-2 days. Outside Australia Depending on the country and delivery services outside Australia, I estimate 10 - 14 days to be delivered.

Make sure its the right fit! Please make sure you read all the details of the piece before purchasing, check out my ring / bracelet page on how to size at home. You can also use your local jeweller to size you more accurately. Feel free to ask me any further questions about the piece prior ordering. This will reduce the chance of it not fitting. The product isn't my size If you see a piece you like but its not your size, I'm afraid its not the ring for you. They are hand-made with a unique stone and I do not resize them. But if you let me know your size and which piece you were looking at, I can recommend others that are available.
